UX and Visual Design Director

- Interactive design and visual polish for web-based, tablet-based and responsive platforms - Work closely with management and the development team to generate process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity comps for new or revised product functionality - Bring fresh ideas that could help streamline existing processes - Collaboration with Marketing on campaigns, collateral and the company’s informational site - Ability to brainstorm, gather feature requirements, and present ideas in a collaborative environment

- 3+ years experience in producing interface design components - Previous experience in creating marketing collateral such as sell sheets, trade show displays, and HTML emails a plus - Strong intuition for the best end-user experience - Must be comfortable using the Adobe Creative Cloud — bonus if you’re also comfortable working in modern HTML/CSS
