Corrugated Equipment Operator (3rd Shift)

Liberty Diversified International is comprised of seven companies competing in several core markets, and is one of the largest privately held companies in the Midwest.

As a **Corrugated Equipment Operator (3rd Shift)** with **Liberty Carton Company** you will be part of a 8-person team inside our box plant responsible for operating the corrugator to manufacture rolled paper into cut sheets of corrugated fiberboard.

* Learn to effectively and efficiently operate the corrugator, including equipment set up. * Inspect product output and quality (visually or using measuring tools/fixtures) and adjust machine settings to meet or exceed standards. * Maintain and report operational and quality records. * Work Sunday through Thursday from (10:00 pm - 6:00 am) with flexibility in weekend & shift required. **You Will Excel In This Role If:** * **You enjoy being part of a team.** Being a team player is important, but you’re also recognized for your ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * **You’re organized & good with detail.** You are detail oriented and can effectively organize your workload. * **You take pride in your work.** You complete assignments in a timely fashion and contribute to operational excellence. * High School Diploma or equivalent * A least 2-3 years manufacturing experience * At least 2-5 years operating large equipment in a manufacturing setting (corrugated industry preferred) * Ability to adhere to attendance, safety, quality, OSHA and GMP policies * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Ability to stand, walk and go up/down stairs continuously, push and pull repetitively * Ability to work in a high humidity and heat environment.
