Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor

* Analyze and understand all aspects of the warehouse distribution center including operational knowledge, process / product / information flow, internal / external customer requirements and distribution center / warehouse productivity and quality standards * Leverage LEAN techniques to eliminate waste and increase productivity * Build effective working relationships with direct distribution center / warehouse support staff and hourly workforce * Assist with cost control measures including cost reduction initiatives, operating budget adherence and establishment of capital and expense budgets * Conduct annual reviews with direct report staff

* 3+ years of demonstrated team lead experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment * Bachelor Degree preferred; Work experienced strongly considered in lieu of degree * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite * A passion to grow personally and professionally, as well as develop others on your team
