Help build a world-class engineering org by making everyone feel proud of what we’re producing. Use your connections to the community to help advise on the technology and platform roadmap.

**Within 3 months, you’ll** * Fully understand our framework in and out * Write comprehensive documentation and publish to our open source websites * Write additional internal documentation to help make our new hires into power users of Derby * Write examples, demos, tutorials, and reusable components * Fully understand where our framework lives in the competitive landscape * Grow our community through consistent activity on- and offline * Own Derby’s meetup group and plan regular events **Within 6 months, you’ll** * Write more complex, boundary-pushing sample apps * Consistently post blogposts, examples, demos * Bubble up community’s needs into Derby’s roadmap * Create testimonials and case studies * Measure your growth of Derby usage **Within 12 months, you’ll** * Speak regularly at conferences * Review and merge in pull requests * Manage the community and external Derby roadmap
