Sales Supervisor/Retail Manager

* Oversee a team of 6 to ensure daily Sales goals are met. * Ensure the team is providing excellent customer service daily. * Opening and closing procedures. * Payroll control, Inventory control, & quality control are top responsibility for this position in addition to daily coaching of team members and continuing education which are vital responsibilities of this role. * This position starts as a Sales Supervisor with potential to move into a Retail Manager role within a year or less. * In this role you may be required to become an Apprentice Optician if you are not already a Licensed Optician.
