Programmer / Analyst

Leidos holdings isa leading provider of scientific, engineering, systems integration and technical services and solutions to all branches of the U.S. military, agencies of the U.S. Department of Defense, the intelligence community, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and other U.S. Government civil agencies, as well as to customers in selected commercial markets.

Candidates will support requirements for the migration/sustainment of current systems, system capabilities and programs to DCGS-A. Candidates will support full spectrum post production software support (PPSS) and post deployment software support (PDSS) for Army and other DoD programs and systems.

Candidates will fulfill requirements to produce software that is accepted by its intended users, consistent and reproducible, achieves mandatory security requirements, and complies with all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements, stable and mature, and cost effective.

• Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems, and devises computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data.

• Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and submits recommendations for solution.

• Prepares program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic flowcharts.

• Encodes, tests, debugs, and installs the operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline.

• 3 years of direct experience.

• Must have a current DoD Top Secret Secret Security Clearance.

• US Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A) family of systems and DCGS-A POR Systems is a highly desired;

• Systems such as: Fixed, Mobile Basic, V3, Geospatial (includes legacy Digital Topographic Support System (DTSS)), Weather Services (includes Integrated Meteorological System (IMETS)) SIGINT (includes Tactical Exploitation System (TES)) Analysis and Control Element (ACE) BLK II (All Source Fusion Subsystem (AFS), Communication Support Assembly (CSA), Trusted Computer Suite (TCS)) All Source Analysis System - Single Source (ASAS-SS), Imagery Workstation (IWS), Counter Intelligence - Human Intelligence Analysis, Reporting, and Collection System (CHARCS) Engineering Field Planning, Reconnaissance, Surveying, and Sketching Set (ENFIRE), and Surveillance Intelligence Processing Center (SIPC).
