Responsibilities
* Generate bid documents and specifications to effectively prepare bid packages and quotes. * Maintain accurate forecasts through formal backlog reporting. * Target and acquire new accounts and maintaining existing accounts by strengthening customer relationships * Work with customers and credit function to optimize accounts receivable * Develop and maintain strategic analysis of customer base, competition, and marketplace. * Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing training, monitoring compliance, etc. * Proactively manage health & safety of employees to continuously improve the company's health & safety performance. Lead and demonstrate safe behavior at all times. * Follow all OSHA and company safety policies. * Coordinate Safe Job site accessibility between customer, dispatch and drivers. * Partner with Operations to deliver Safety meetings. * Represent Campbell in industry associations.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience required. * Minimum of five years of experience in a building products related sales position. * Intermediate skills in MS Word and MS Excel. * Outstanding relationship building skills. * Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
