The BOM Specialist will join Leggett & Platt’s Adjustable Bed unit in Carthage, MO specializing in producing a variety of adjustable bed sleep systems. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented with the ability to organize and maintain critical product information.

* Create BOM’s given input from Engineering teams and Product Managers * Input and maintain BOM’s for all Adjustable Base Manufacturing locations * Assist manufacturing sites with routing changes as needed

* Experience with LPCS or equivalent system * Experience in manufacturing and/or engineering preferred. * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings a plus. * Strong computer skills with demonstrated strength in Excel * Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure * Detailed oriented * Effective communicator * High school diploma or equivalent required
