Sales And Operations Analyst / Trainer

Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is an S&P 500 manufacturing company with a headquarters nestled in Southwest Missouri. We are seeking a Sales and Operations Analyst/Trainer to utilize their extensive knowledge of Demantra and Demantra ETL to train and support end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting system improvement testing, providing training, troubleshooting system issues, and fielding end user questions. We are looking for a data-driven individual with the ability to communicate with people. You will be asked to teach your knowledge of systems to others in a way that can be understood.

* Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand Demantra and Demantra ETL functionality * Support end users with its use and improvement * Assist IT with Demantra system upgrade * Resolve questions pertaining to system functionality and associated source data * Investigate end user problems, identify root causes, and develops solutions * Provide a means of communication between end users and IT

* Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel * Experience with Demantra a plus * Strong analytical skills * Ability to take initiative * Excellent verbal, written, presentation and client-facing skills * Experience training users * Willingness to work independently and in groups * CPIM Certification, or willingness to obtain
