Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the planning, organization, integration, and completion of multiple engineering projects at the IDEA Center, our R&D facility, in Carthage, Missouri.

- Direct a wide variety of projects including drafting, product design, creating prototypes and production models, tradeshow samples, and product testing - Plan and implement project, shop, and test activities per internal and external customer requirements - Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion - Review product drawings for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer requirements - Evaluate design changes, specifications, and drawing releases - Consult with senior level engineers on best methods of integrating new products into the manufacturing phase and handling warranty and customer service concerns

**Requirements** - Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering - At least 3 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in SolidWorks or PRO/E **Desired Competencies** - Innovation - Possessing original thinking and creativity.
