Web Developer

As a Web Developer, you will be in charge of maintenance, content and feature-related upgrades to our promotional sites at leadpages.net, center.io, drip.co and various other marketing properties. We need a jack-of-all-trades web developer that loves getting dirty with PHP, Wordpress, HTML/Javascript/CSS, and other development tasks for our marketing team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will shift and grow but to start with, you will: * Maintaining and building marketing properties within the company * Implementing and managing tracking scripts in partnership with marketing analysts * Working with marketing to provide features they require for new product launches * Managing WordPress websites and plugins to fit the needs of marketing * Editing content across all of our website platforms * Various PHP and JS tasks across our platform to accommodate new promotions * Creating HTML email templates

**What you’ve done:** You have a unique combination of skills, talents, and mindset, including 2-3 years professional experience with: * HTML/CSS * JavaScript and jQuery * Comfortable with PHP, Wordpress and similar CMS operations * JavaScript APIs * REST * Google App Engine (beginner is totally fine!) * Mobile-responsive design and development experience * Cross-platform/browser design and testing experience **Extra Credit:** * GIT + GIT-FLOW * Ruby or Python * Database experience **Who you are:** * You are passionate about leaving your mark on the web for all to see and working closely with an incredible team of professionals. * You enjoy a highly collaborative environment * You know a great website when you see it and are able to explain what makes it great. * You bring quality and craftsmanship to your work, rather than just doing it to get it done. * You’re a top-notch communicator, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. * You are easy to work with and never say “That’s not my job.”
