Responsibilities
- Gather data. Determine which data to gather and how it will be gathered. - Analyze data. Generating and running reports in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel. - Gather and define project requirements and developing data-driven action plans. - Create and analyze Salesforce report and dashboards. - Make monthly and quarterly updates to pro formas, budgets and reports. - Develop pro formas and budgets for new business lines. - Handle daily business administrative responsibilities. - Align marketing and business goals by working with CFO, Business Analysts and Marketing Department. - Find opportunities for business growth through review of business goals and partner needs. - Perform monthly invoicing and auditing of partners. - Contribute to overall marketing strategy based on business needs. - Assist in accounting audits and reporting. - Develop presentations as needed. - Provide assistance to CFO where needed. **Additional Responsibilities** - Ability to work at least a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, in an office setting - Ability to travel as needed - Ability to communicate and work collaboratively - Ability to self-manage, drive initiatives and execute tasks to completion - Talent for prioritizing - Willingness to embrace change
Ideal Candidate
- Ability to make non-emotional, data-driven decisions. - Bachelor’s Degree in related field – business administration or marketing - Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - QuickBooks & Salesforce experience a plus. - Self-starter who understands direction and then runs fast - Forward-thinking and technologically proficient individual who embraces the use of technology and automation - Ability to work in a fast-paced Internet marketing environment on medium to large-scale projects - Excellent written and verbal communication - Possess high energy, with ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment - Mature analytic problem solving skills - Strong organization and documentation skills - Ability to work with and influence peers, project teams and management - Benchmark, analyze and report on trends identified internally at Launch That - Must be able to impact and influence, think strategically, execute and innovate - Excellent oral and written skills, with an advanced capacity for effectively developing and presenting critical information to management - Ability to meet deadlines
