Front-End Web Developer

Experienced multi-tasking, quick-learning and flexible Front-end Web Developer who is a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work closely with both Marketing and Information Technology departments.

* Design, develop and maintain company websites, microsites, landing pages and internal web-based applications. * Gather requirements from business customers and build wireframes/mockups to gain acceptance of designs. * Work with Marketing on the design of the pages and IT on the integration with back-end systems. * Review current and new technologies to drive use of the best technologies for the requirements. * Use A/B testing to gauge effectiveness of web pages for converting patients to schedule appointments. * Setup and track web analytics. * Setup html templates for email campaigns using email marketing platform. * Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to Marketing Department

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. * Expert level HTML/CSS with knowledge and experience in latest standards including responsive design, user interface, cross-browser compatibility, HTML5 and JSON. * Solid ability to generate design concepts and expand them into a detailed design.
