Senior Technical Recruiter

As the Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding the best technical talent in the country. You will report directly to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and head of engineering in the LA office.

* Recruit the top technical talent nationwide * Manage full cycle recruiting from sourcing candidates to presenting job offers * Network with industry professionals in order to build a pipeline of sourced candidates * Create and manage relationships with candidates through interview process * Exceed recruiting metrics for interviews, time to fill and acceptances

* At least 6 years of technical recruiting experience * Flexibility to recruit for different positions and backgrounds * Open to candidates with both agency and/or corporate recruiting experience * Ability to adapt and take on different tasks
