* Collaborate with the Branch Manager on best possible business development and recruiting strategies * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities generated through competitive research, networking and relationship building * Build and manage strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and candidates through meetings, calls and client entertainment * Source candidates through referrals, job boards, social networking sites, professional networking events, and local college campuses * Screen resumes and conduct phone & in-person interviews; present qualified candidates for appropriate job openings * Communicate with candidates and clients daily regarding interview feedback and next steps in interview process * Close business!

* Bachelor’s degree required * 0-5 years of business experience, entry level candidates are acceptable! * Strong organizational and project management skills * Impeccable written and verbal communication skills * Strong work ethic and high energy * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment * Desire to succeed in a team-oriented culture
