Marketing Specialist

As our Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with Marketing and Sales to manage top of the funnel activities and monitor effectiveness through conversions. You will be responsible for creating, deploying and managing campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase close ratios. Additionally, you will play a key role in the development of our demand generation strategy, including helping mentor and train the team, and improving processes and tools. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing. **Key results for our Marketing Specialist include:** - Work closely and collaboratively with team members across product marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, PR, and content marketing to manage the design, creation, and execution of integrated demand generations campaigns for prospects and customers - Evaluate and alter campaign tactics and channels based on a comprehensive understanding of analytics - Mentor a team of high potential demand generation specialists to achieve our demand generation goals

- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in hands-on lead generation required (experience in a B2B software environment highly preferred) - Must be results-oriented with demonstrated success in exceeding lead generation quotas and closed sales results - Experience in monitoring and utilizing funnel statistics via CRM and Marketing Automation Software - Strong project management and organizational skills, including ability to work independently and as a team member, set priorities, and organize work to meet strict deadline
