Laguarda.Low Architects is seeking creative and organized project managers with 5-10+ years of experience with large-scale commercial mixed-use projects to fulfill the role of Project Design Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative studio environment on a variety of international and domestic projects.

• Candidates must exhibit a strong ability to manage people and deadlines, as well as contribute to an energetic, fast-paced creative process to develop innovative design solutions.
• Fully qualified candidates are able to work alongside Lead Designers to ensure that all elements of a project’s design are clearly delineated and all contract deliverables are completed.
• Strong organization and verbal communication skills are also critical.

• Accredited Professional or Graduate degree in Architecture with at least 5-10 years professional experience.
• Professional registration preferable.
• Extensive knowledge of 2D presentation and drawing software: Powerpoint, InDesign, Autocad, and Photoshop are key.
• Working knowledge of 3D design software.
• Experience in coordinating and assembling detailed and well thought drawing packages from Conceptual through Design Development stages.
• Skilled at multitasking and working towards multiple deadlines.
• Competence in working with a fast-paced, collaborative design environment.
• Ability to handle drawing coordination with multiple design disciplines to complete drawing packages.
• Adept at client communication and management.
• Leadership to manage design team and meet all project deliverable deadlines.
• Expect some international travelling.
