Summary
As a Product Manager, you’ll work on a cross-functional team to identify and drive initiatives that will help our platform evolve. You’ll work collaboratively within the technology team and across the organization to ensure the delivery of performant, reusable, features and improvements. You’ll draw on your technical background to align the needs of end users and help continue to develop a product that optimizes business processes. You will handle the technical product management full cycle from taking product requests, resolving issues and bugs, on boarding new users, enhancing product features, documentation, etc.
Responsibilities
* Be an authority on our product to help users with training, on-boarding and any ongoing issues/questions tied to client deliverables * Act as a project manager to help prioritize and organize the workload of each team member * Collaborate with the product team on broader initiatives to achieve yearly goals * Coordinate and communicate across full stack teams, ensuring that cross team dependencies are identified and tracked. * Driving a roadmap and product strategy for the areas you are responsible for is critical to keep us headed in the right direction * Analyze data to measure impact of delivered system changes and guide improvements * Work across the entire organization to understand current challenges with building and deploying changes to the internal system * Provide opportunities to solve needs through better tools and processes
Ideal Candidate
* Evidence of technical depth and knowledge through work/educational experience * 2+ years of Product Management/ Project Management experience of an internal facing technical product * Strong knowledge and experience working with large datasets, data cleaning, and data management * Data product experience, rather than consumer facing product experience * Experience using Project Management tools such as Pivotal Tracker, Jira or Asana * Ability to see the “big picture” for internal technical product and use strategic thinking * Comfortable making real-time autonomous decisions when conditions change, based on understanding of the user context, business objectives and client needs * Team & people management experience * Demonstrated record of success in defining strategic product roadmaps, as well as inventing and launching successful features * Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills * Ambitious self-starter with a passion for making technology enterprise-ready * Execution oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, loosely structured environment * Understanding of the digital ecosystem in the US and European regions * A willingness to be flexible as product needs and priorities change/evolve over time Across all roles and levels within L2, we emphasize the following traits amongst our team members: * **Analytical**: Understands the quantitative process for research and analysis and is passionate about the examination of how data in digital is disrupting marketing * **Strong Communicator**: The key is in distilling data down to understandable and consumable bites, using the data to craft a narrative in speech, writing, or analysis * **Entrepreneurial**: L2 is moving quickly much like the industry we cover.
