* Configure and maintain LAN technologies in local office, wireless infrastructure, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, and monitoring software used to oversee and configure LAN technologies * Create and maintain network documentation. Team with Facilities to deploy and refresh sites as needed * Participate in project work and troubleshooting related to LAN * Work with vendors to review requirements and obtain quotes * Responsible for staying current on new hardware and software developments, evaluating alternative approaches and recommending/implementing new hardware/software modifications which will enhance the LAN * Oversee small LAN team, establishing sound processes and procedures to ensure all SLAs are being met; Troubleshoot issues as they arise, acting as point of escalation to IT leadership as needed

* Minimum of eight years of LAN experience * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience * Deep understanding of network technologies, SNMP, TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing and Switching, 802.11a/b/g/n/a; Cisco certifications for routing, switching, wireless strongly preferred * Must be detail-oriented and thorough, with effective management, analytical and communication skills * Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and help resolve client issues * Availability to work hours and travel as needed in order to ensure successful project completions
