Manager, Knowledge Management Cyber Security

• Work with KPMG member firms to identify good practice examples of proposals, thought leadership, marketing campaigns, and service sheets for global sharing reinforced by a single quality brand
• Work with thought leadership, service deployment and sales and marketing work streams to help ensure all relevant content is appropriately shared through the design, development and management of communication, knowledge sources and relevant tools
• Serve as a single point of contact for the relevant Strategic Growth Initiative (SGI) work stream leads on all matters relating to knowledge management, knowledge sharing and collaboration including identifying means to continuously improve knowledge programs and solutions
• Drive the development of the Cyber Centre of Excellence through the adoption of globally recognized leading practice tools and standards
• Work with the KPMG Source team to consolidate materials for global adoption into a single repository
• Work with the Risk Management function to help ensure KPMG member firm submissions to global knowledge bases do not present a risk in terms of data transfer, reputational risk, client impact, and independence

• Minimum six years of Knowledge Management solution expertise including collaboration, network design and facilitation
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong understanding of performance and status reporting
• Strong understanding of content management and content strategy principles
• Previous experience working in a matrix structured team, assisting with and prioritizing between multiple activities
• Ability to develop requirements based on leadership input
