Manager, Application Engineer

We are currently seeking a Manager, Application Engineer to join our Global Information Technology Team in our Woodcliff Lake NJ office.

* Act as a single-point of contact and SME for SharePoint and Application Engineering for Global functions projects and Global initiatives * Manage a team of offshore engineers * Manage the engineering of different Microsoft platform (.NET, SharePoint, SQL, IIS) and environment provisioning, application and infrastructure components deployment and troubleshooting activities * Utilize the Layer 7 proxy platform * Responsible for development of configuration guide and runbooks

* Ten years of hands-on and managerial experience as Application Engineer, working on an enterprise Microsoft platform in a large, multinational organization * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience * Ability to work on multiple work streams across several complex programs * Knowledge of Microsoft and Layer 7 platform and technologies including hands-on experience in application deployment and database configurations * Understanding of the server technologies and environments management and administration * Ability to lead offshore teams; Availability to work in 'off hours' and weekends to support projects timeline and emergency situation
