RESEARCH SCIENTIST, PROFESSIONAL SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

The Product Developer will have responsibility for investigating new products in experimental development and commercializing products and processes to meet identified market opportunities. The position will focus on existing and new product categories and be responsible for both formulation R&D, and scale-up activities at 3rd party manufacturers.

• Support the conception, design and fabrication of concept prototypes for evaluation and validation of identified opportunities through experimental discovery
• Lead commercialization of liquid formulations
• Manage technical scale-up & process engineering activities, including external
• Integrate dispenser and refill customer/user needs for successful product launches. Specifically liquid formulations & pump/ dispensing
• Work with internal and external partners to drive application of new technologies to support the development of new products and to suggest new opportunities to be explored

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science required; degree in Chemical Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 3 years R&D or engineering work experience
• Product experience in liquid formulations & process engineering

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities:

• Project management experience preferred
• Liquids process engineering experience preferred
