Interactive Director

And we are looking for an Interactive Director who shares our passion. Working closely with content strategist, development teams, UX/UI director, creative and art directors, and other team members to review client strategies and develop strategic recommendations. As a part of the creative and content development team, this person will be responsible for creating the interactive vision and leading the interactive team through the development and delivery of outstanding interactive products.

- Collaborates with creative team on projects - Creative and analytical marketing capabilities and ability to effectively communicate findings - Communicate regularly with supervisors and team to set and manage expectations - Knowledgeable in the digital realm, content development for desktop, and mobile platforms

- 6+ years of experience developing and leading an interactive/digital team - Strategic business and marketing experience in content development for desktop and mobile platforms - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT related field, Communications, or Marketing - Web design/production/development, integrated marketing and/or advertising - Experience in a digital production shop or interactive agency **Other Considerations** - This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
