* Demonstrate broad knowledge of enterprise technology solutions. * Perform the overall day-to-day management of the project to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints. * Responsible for project documentation including project plan, status reports. * Responsible for ensuring that project business and IT requirements are captured and documented. * Perform management of the risks of the project, including the development of contingency plans. * Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary to PMO director. * Direct and motivate the project team. Facilitate project and update meetings. * Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources. * Ensure project objectives are understood and met, ensuring that the project team members understand the requirements. * Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

**Background** * Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience is required. * Project management professional certification (PMP) or equivalent experience. * Strong track record of project delivery and benefits realization. * Be able to demonstrate a proven track record managing multiple projects. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem solving skills. * Excellent presentation and meeting leader skills. Strong negotiation, organizational, and facilitation skills. * Microsoft project experience required. **Required Schooling / Training** * Bachelor degree
