(New York, New York)Knot Standard is a luxury custom menswear company with one goal; to consistently offer premium service, selection combined with tradition and classic tailoring, for our client and his personal stylist to create the lifestyle he desires. To date, we operate seven appointment-only showrooms in New York, Chicago, D.C., Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Francisco, in addition to our e-commerce based business.
The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting Senior Manager of Employee Experience with daily operations including but not limited to:
- Sourcing candidates on job boards and via social networking sites
- Maintaining ATS (Greenhouse) and Interview KPI's
- Scheduling & conducting interview screenings with candidates
- Working with Senior Manager of Employee Experience on compiling applications and necessary tasks as needed
- Identifying new resources to post positions and identify candidates
- Assisting in building out employee branding and updating job descriptions
- Additional Ad Hoc Employee Experience projects
What We're Looking For
Studying Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or relevant major, proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent verbal & written communication skills are all essential to this position.
