Summary
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to test a suite of EHR-based web applications. Use your problem-solving skills and creativity to write and execute effective manual tests. Develop and hone your scripting skills while building a suite of automated tests. Work with a group of interesting and talented individuals to identify and implement improvements to our processes and find the best possible solutions to a range of challenges. Grow professionally in a supportive environment.

* Analyze User Stories and Acceptance Criteria * Develop, review and execute manual test cases * Write automated tests in our custom framework * Test all product lines * Manage local test environments * Query relational databases * Write bug reports * Participate in stand-ups * Work independently and as part of an Agile development team * Explore new ways of doing things * Be creative and have fun
Ideal Candidate
**Position Requirements:** * 4 years of software Quality Assurance experience in a web application/SaaS environment * Experience with traditional and mobile platforms * Skill in performing functional and grey-box testing; understanding of various testing methodologies including black and white box testing * Coding or scripting experience * Understanding of relational databases and how to glean information from them * Experience writing concise bug reports * Demonstrable oral and written communication skills * Experience querying/modifying databases using SQL * Able to cultivate and maintain positive relations with development staff * Can recognize issues (e.g. with requirements, design, implementation, process, etc.) and take initiative to work with appropriate resources to address and resolve * Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance best practices **Preferred Experience:** * Functional automated test development in a Ruby, Watir, or Selenium framework * Knowledge of Home Health or Hospice business practices * White box testing * Familiar with object oriented programming
