Summary
Seeking a Sales Assistant for our client in Irvine,CA. This individual will be assisting the sales team, calling on prospects, leads and potential clients, to introduce our staffing services and set phone and/or face to face appointments for our sales executives. This position is a contract assignment and could move into supporting our other staffing brands in the future.
Responsibilities
* Research leads (open positions via online resources)
* Identify hiring manager
* High volume of cold calls
* Set phone and in-person appointments for the sales team
* Use scripts (to be provided)
* Send follow up emails
* Enter information into database
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Ability to maintain focus
* Strong phone presence and excellent time management skills
* Self-discipline to stay on track with outgoing “call blocks”
