The Software Developer position is responsible for providing technical expertise, innovative thinking, production support, and leadership for as part of the IS Application Development team. The Software Developer is responsible for application design, implementation, and support. Lead the implementation of software solutions (in-house and purchased applications) utilizing the full range of the software development life cycle activities (i.e. analysis, design, implementation, deployment and ongoing support of application solutions).

* Research problems, define changes, prepare, test, and install changes * Builds an understanding of business process flows and how to support them * Work with the business to develop functional design specifications * Tier II/III Support and participate in 24/7 on call rotation

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business Administration or related field * Are targeted well-rounded technical professionals with a minimum of 4-6 years of software development experience * Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities * Strong ability to analyze user requirements and create designs * Full project management and development life cycle experience * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment * PL SQL and Java highly preferred
