Network Engineer

* Design and implement Cisco networks for a VoIP and data environment * Setup and support high density Wi-Fi deployments * Independently maintain and troubleshoot LAN and WAN networks * Support Microsoft and Apple workstations and mobile devices

* At least 6 years in a technical / IT customer-support role * Experience with high-performance and high-availability networks * Experience with high-performance and high-density wireless networks * Experience with installing networks using devices including routers, switches, security appliances * Experience with voice, data and fiber networks * Experience supporting 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac wireless networks * Understanding of Metro Ethernet, FiOS, Cable Modems, and T1 * Extensive experience with TCP/IP, Subnets, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and QoS * Experience in PC/Mac Desktop support * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Must be able to interface with all team members both internal and external (technical and non-technical) * CCNA or CWNA certifications preferred * A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
