Responsible for designing, programming and testing web pages within Interactive Intelligence Custom Scripter application for call center agent use to facilitate sophisticated interactions. Custom scripter tool links to CRM, Medical Management Platform and enterprise reporting solution.

**Essential Functions:** * Collaborates with call center operations to implement custom scripts for call center agent use to navigate outbound calls * Partners with database administrators to manage campaign and dialer databases specifically to integrate custom database fields into script that will be updated when data is collected during outreach * Designs agent interactive experience * Programs script using common web development languages * Conducts quality assurance testing for newly developed webpages * Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned **Additional Responsibilities:** * Serves as the primary backup for the Dialer Administrator * After hour work and on call availability may be required to support deployments or upgrades to production systems to avoid system downtime during business hours

**Ideal Candidate has:** * Dialer ICELib API * Fluent in Java, java scripting, HTML, SQL, DHTML (Dynamic HTML) * Web page developers who can create campaign scripts for Interaction Scripter .NET Client * Experience with ECMA-262 JavaScript is recommended as a prerequisite * Experience working with Frame or iframe element **Candidate Education:** * Required A High School or GED/equivalent * Preferred A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, MIS **Candidate Experience:** * Required 3+ years of experience in Webpage design, HTML, JavaScript Development * Required 1+ year of experience in Call Centers * Preferred 1+ year of experience in Healthcare * Preferred 1+ year of experience in Database administration exposure **Candidate Skills:** * Intermediate Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills * Intermediate Demonstrated written communication skills * Intermediate Ability to work as part of a team * Intermediate Ability to work in a matrixed environment * Intermediate Demonstrated project management skills * Intermediate Ability to drive multiple projects * Intermediate Ability to analyze and interpret financial data in order to coordinate the preparation of financial records
