Kforce is looking for Change Management Consultants.

* Qualified candidates must be able to evaluate client operations, and advise on business processes to optimize change management. * Develop change management strategies, and engage with management of business units impacted to identify any interdependence or risks associated with achieving desired objectives using HiIM (Hitachi Identity Manager) and HiPM (Hitachi Password Manager). * Create key performance indicators and measurement systems to assess adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes. * Analyze and track activities for assigned Division(s), with a view of enhancing management systems to achieve operational deliverables. * Attend periodic reviews/meetings to confirm current status and ensure that impacted groups and the associated impacted changes are discussed and on track for deployment. * Implement organizational change strategy with enterprise-wide scale IT security projects within public utilities following Prosci Methodology. * Provide effective business methodologies to confirm current status and ensure that impacted groups and the associated impacted changes are discussed and on track for deployment. * Provide effective business methodologies to identify, escalate and resolve execution issues as needed to meet implementation timelines. * Prepare reports to management to deliver findings and recommend best practices to improve the effectiveness of change management execution. * Consult with business to develop change strategies for enterprise-wide IT security projects.

**Requirements:** * Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Management, Business or Organization Development and one year's experience in position (or Bachelor's Degree and five years' experience). **Special requirements:** * Expertise with implementing organizational change strategy with enterprise-wide scale IT security projects within public utilities following Prosci Methodology; HiIM; and HiPM. * Travel to various unanticipated client sites required. * May reside anywhere in the United States.
