Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? We're looking for a social media specialist to manage our social media accounts strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Grammar or Psychology related discipline - Knowledge of best practices and experience with different social media platforms and their specific audiences (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, and blogs) - International experience, specifically the Asia-Pacific social media channels (WeChat, Youku, and Weibo) - Experience using social media management and listening software packages (e.g. Spredfast, Adobe Social) - Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing - Working knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices - Confidence/experience in leading and managing initiatives across geographically dispersed teams - Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills - Data analytics skills to develop insights based on customer interactions metrics

- Functional knowledge or experience with HTML/CSS - Proficient in Mandarin - An MBA with an emphasis in marketing
