The Credit Risk Management Analyst Program is a career development program designed to build KeyBank risk professionals through intense training, work experiences, cross-functional experiences and robust feedback and performance management.
All Program Analysts complete a 10-week training course in Cleveland, Ohio which consists of a variety of opportunities and skill development, including: on-boarding, business etiquette, business writing, accounting, finance, presentation skills, financial modeling, advanced excel, credit skills, an executive speaker series and more. Analysts will develop skills in credit risk, business analysis, and banking. A valuable capstone project is also assigned to provide analysts immense experience and exposure to presenting their new skills and knowledge to members of our Risk leadership team.
