North American Customer Service Representative – Collegeville, PA Great Opportunity with an Industry Leading Chemical Company!

* Manage all customer service related activities, including order processing and customer setup * Build relationship with AgroFresh Customers, so that their needs are fully understood and met * Ensure streamlined OTC (order to cash) process in NAR (North American Region) * Work closely with AgroFresh commercial, supply, and third party service provider organization * Support new product launches from the Order to cash work process prospective * Manage consignment process and monitor stock levels at Service Providers * Cultivate a customer focused culture * Lead customer Service improvement project

* College education/degree preferred but not required Experience * Minimum of 2 years customer service experience * Good working knowledge of SAP is required * Must be strong with MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc) * Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook * Effective communicator concise, explicit and influencing capability * Basic understanding of logistics requirements for global business import, export, and trade compliance
