Summary
As an Insurance Specialist placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for the accurate and responsive intake of new patient referrals. Our client’s fast-paced, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to take career to the next level.
Responsibilities
* Customer service with excellent phone skills
* Recording call details in the computer system
* Initiating referrals and managing consults
* Intake of new patient referrals from the Sales Staff, the referring practice professionals or Patient information Coordinators
Ideal Candidate
* 6 months + of Customer Service in Insurance or Medical
* Prior Claims experience
* Medical Billing/Coding candidates may be considered
* Word and Excel, must be listed on the resume
* High School diploma or equivalent
