Investor Relations/Marketing Director

Keller Augusta is a boutique search firm specializing in placements within the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Specifically, Keller Augusta focuses on Investment, Development, and Construction placements. Since its founding in 2001, Keller Augusta has successfully placed top quality candidates in virtually all areas of the Commercial Real Estate Industry and related sectors.

The firm’s goal is to scale up its real estate investments and re-brand itself as an investment firm investing third-party capital in retail real estate. The candidate will be a key member of the team, responsible for the investor relations, marketing and public relations for the firm. In order to support all functions of the company and spur growth, the candidate will have to manage cutting-edge content delivered 360° through all available communication channels, including social media.

**Marketing:** * Plan and drive traffic to our ICSC booths in NY and Vegas * Maintain, upgrade and drive traffic to our website and LinkedIn pages * Publicize company news: acquisitions, dispositions, refinance, moves, ICSC, etc. * Plan and execute company events * Maintain and build company's list of contacts * Maintain and update company's marketing material **Investor Relations:** * Act as point person with existing investors * Update quarterly investor reports with property updates, returns, waterfalls, etc. * Gather, share and update information and data pertaining to shopping center investment industry * Maintain and update company pitch book and documents to be included in RFPs * Using Preqin and publications, build relationships with potential investors (LPs, fund managers, advisors, family offices, private investors) and build client’s database of potential investors * Build relationships with intermediaries such as broker dealers (for REIT shares) and placement agents * Negotiate join venture documents

* Bachelor’s Degree required * 5+ years’ experience in real estate PR/marketing * Entrepreneurial spirit and independence with superior organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong media connections and knowledge of the real estate investment industry is preferred * Excellent verbal & written communication skills * Experience with online marketing
