iOS Application Developer

Keepsafe is a four-year old, profitable, post-series A startup with over 60 million users globally on iOS and Android. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs from Germany who appreciate ambitious and independent thinking, precision, beautiful code, and above all else privacy!

We are seeking an experienced iOS application engineer at Keepsafe to create awesome user facing features that will ship to millions of people. As an iOS engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with designers and product management to build ideas and bring them to life. You will have full responsibility for iOS development. You’ll brainstorm new features and products, test them, launching early builds to production, fix bugs and work on improvements. The iOS team at Keepsafe in San Francisco is focused on continuous improvements of our existing Photo Vault and AppLock products. You will also work with core infrastructure that provides real time sync, storage and other components. These underlying technologies make your life easy so you can focus on building features and services people love.

* Own the entire lifecycle of the next big feature, from design to implementation * Work closely with our design, product and marketing teams to launch new products and iterate * Build native user interactions using latest technologies (e.g. Swift) on top of our core infrastructure that ships to millions * Work closely with customer support to identify problems and come up with improvements * Participate in design and code reviews from your peers

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience * 2+ years of professional programming experience and deep knowledge in iOS and one or more programming language * Experience shipping high quality consumer software - We’re looking for someone who enjoys building for millions of people, builds high quality products with a cross functional team * Experience with the iOS and Cocoa Framework * Programming experience in Swift * Knowledge of iOS performance tools and optimization techniques **Bonus** * Startup experience preferred * Experience using Keepsafe a plus! * Passionate about the Keepsafe mission
