Reporting Analyst

Kasasa (formerly BancVue) powers products and services such as Kasasa rewards checking, personal finance management, online account opening, and savings accounts, and online marketing for community banks and credit unions.

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for all facets of product reporting from data quality to data movement and delivery for internal and external stakeholders while embodying the Patch Values. He/she tracks the results of the current processes and improves them where appropriate to maximize automation and efficiency. He/she builds and maintains strong relationships with internal technical teams who maintain databases from which reports are run and communicates effectively with internal technical and business teams to assure rapid and accurate report deliveries. The Reporting Analyst is expected to maintain and improve his/her technical skillset in Excel, Sequel, and any other pertinent programs.

* Infuse the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction. * Generate and deliver monthly financial institution (FI) performance reports, reviewing for data quality and consistency * Deliver monthly operational tools and reports used to drive business insights * Maintain and improve data validation screen process * Create and update business documents on team processes and outcomes * Act as liaison between Analytics, Billing and Production departments to better ensure the monthly processes runs efficiently and work tickets are being completed

* Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university * 1-2 years’ experience in an analyst role * 1-2 years’ experience using Excel, SQL, Word and PowerPoint * Critical-thinking skills is a must, with a very high attention to details * Ability to summarize complex business concepts into written & oral communications * Database experience a plus * Excellent communication skills * Consummate teammate * Desire and drive to learn in a fast-paced environment
