Summary

The Student Success Specialist will be responsible for successful implementation, enrollment, and onsite support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the student enrollment process
  • Onboard new Students to ensure a smooth transition to the of K12/FuelEd platform.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to students about K12/FuelEd products and services
  • Coordinate K12/FuelEd resources to ensure customer experiences seamless service delivery from operations, enrollment, instruction support, etc.
  • Foster strong working relationship with key customer stakeholders, soliciting regular feedback and responding proactively to any concerns
  • Monitor program outcomes and provide proactive recommendations to families and K12/FuelEd stakeholders to improve student and program outcomes
  • Process and review students applications
  • Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate

Position is an office-base located Jacksonville FL This is a Non-teaching position This a Seasonal Contractor Position (Six months to up to 1 year) Full-time (40 hours a week) with health benefits offered

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
  • Ability to meet the Florida Jessica Lunsford Act criteria
  • Some data entry experience preferred
