Shopper Marketing Manager

This position is an excellent opportunity for a clever, resourceful individual to help our team execute integrated marketing programs that drill our national media efforts down through digital, mobile and social channels all the way through in-store execution. The Shopper Marketing Manager will need to move consumers along the path-to-purchase using pre-shop and in-store tactics to deliver on business objectives both for Johnsonville and our retail customers.

* Support Johnsonville Business Managers in the West Region of the United States * Lead 1-2 key Power Period Programs nationally during the year * Lead initiatives specific to the Breakfast Sausage Business * Work with Brand Managers to make sure programs align to overall business objectives * Work with internal and external partners to create and execute programs * Evaluate program performance to replicate successes and optimize spends * Prioritize resources and manage program budgets

**Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in related field is required (Business, Marketing, Sales, etc.) * 8-10 years of experience * Integrated marketing background, strengths in digital/mobile/social preferred * Experience in food or CPG a plus, but not required **Skills and Competencies:** * Ability to build relationships with Johnsonville Business Managers and Retail Customers to create and execute mutually beneficial programs that also deliver value to consumers * Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills * Ability to understand business objectives, apply appropriate shopper insights and align programs to them * An understanding of integrated marketing tactics and how they work together to help consumers along the path-to-purchase * Excitement about operating in a lean, entrepreneurial structure and willingness to break new ground * Ability to share learnings for the benefit of colleagues and customers
