Financial Analyst - Senior

The eBusiness group at John Muir Health is a dynamic, well-organized team that is passionate about creating innovative web and mobile products that will revolutionize healthcare delivery. In just the past three years, we’ve created a new team, launched a patient portal, a mobile app, a physician portal, and are building innovative applications while fully committed to Agile philosophies that will raise the bar on how healthcare is delivered.

This position helps manage the Company’s financial planning and reporting activities, which includes: monthly reporting of key enterprise information, the annual operating budget, quarterly forecasting process and Long Range Financial Plan. Qualified candidates will have a base of solid partnering, analytical and communication skills.

• BS in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Science or Engineering) of 4+ years of FP&A or Business Analysis experience.
• MBA or additional professional certification preferred.
• Self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
• Superior analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate and influence across the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a drive to deliver outstanding results.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with staff at all levels across the organization.
• Health System, Insurer or other healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic working understanding of GAAP
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of business systems applications.
