- Help identify business opportunities and translate insights into consumer-facing tools and platforms.
- Enable the creation of concept models, user interface sketches and schematics.

- Understanding of rapid prototyping techniques.
- Passion for innovation and technology with a solid understanding of digital tools and trends.
- Several years in User Experience or Information Architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the design of both targeted marketing campaigns and complex systems of interactions for iOS, Android, Responsive Web.
- Able to develop elegant design solutions to complex business problems.
- Ability to create clean, precise and detailed client-facing documents and presentations
- Craving for a fast-moving agency environment.
- Effectively work with cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, visual designers, filmmakers and producers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and set expectations to manage multiple projects at same time.
- Thought leadership or active participation in interactive design community is desirable.
