Experience Director

- Lead multi-disciplinary creative teams in creating superior customer experiences. - Help identify business opportunities and translate insights into consumer-facing tools and platforms. - Enable the creation of concept models, user interface sketches and schematics. - Help conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and focus groups to understand user needs. - Articulate effective content strategy as a key part of UX work. - Articulate decisions with research data, design principles and other objective information. - Work with developers at every stage of technology validation through implementation and QA. - Contribute to the overall growth of the UX team. - Provide leadership, training and mentorship to other experience designers and contribute to strengthening the Interactive practice. - Present work and rational for internal and external stakeholders.

- Understanding of rapid prototyping techniques. - Passion for innovation and technology with a solid understanding of digital tools and trends. - Several years in User Experience or Information Architecture. - Demonstrated ability to lead the design of both targeted marketing campaigns and complex systems of interactions for iOS, Android, Responsive Web. - Able to develop elegant design solutions to complex business problems. - Ability to create clean, precise and detailed client-facing documents and presentations - Craving for a fast-moving agency environment. - Effectively work with cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, visual designers, filmmakers and producers. - Ability to prioritize tasks and set expectations to manage multiple projects at same time. - Thought leadership or active participation in interactive design community is desirable.
