Growing and profitable insurance company is seeking a Director of Operations for their Dallas - Fort Worth operation.

* As a part of the management team, candidates with be responsible for the direction and management of call center, underwriting and customer service operations within the organization. * Development and monitoring of operations and business processes metrics will be a major focus of this position, as well as identifying and providing solutions for process improvements. * Our client is looking for someone who has a strong industry knowledge and can implement competitive advantages and new efficiencies.

* Bachelor's Degree * A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry with a background in operations with 5 years in operations management * Successful track record in process and operational efficiencies * Expert in personal property (homeowners) product line * Experience with Texas market place is required. Multiple state experience is preferred * Call Center management experience is a plus * Strong leadership and communications skill are required
