IaaS Infrastructure Manager

Jive Software's Technical Operations Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager of Technical Operations with the perfect mix of technical know-how, operational, and management experience. Jive powers the largest online communities in the world and is the leader in the Social Business space. As a result, we’ve built our infrastructure from the ground up to meet and exceed the scale demands of where we are going. We are evolving into a cloud company both with public cloud offerings, as well as building and improving our in house private cloud and PaaS offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical management, and 24x7 production operations experience.

* Direct management of several technical teams (Networking, Compute/Virtual, Storage, Data Center Operations) * Team project prioritization, direction and focused delivery * Operational triage and cross team escalation * Vendor relationship management * Budget tracking and forecasting
