A key client of ours is seeking a hands on Plant Engineer to work as a self starter and be the key automation, electrical and mechanical troubleshooter for the plant. You will have a large impact on the success and improvements of the facility due to your expertise.

* Providing key technical support to all manufacturing and plant operations * Designing and supervising all new equipment installations. * Lead processes to enhance existing machines as required by manufacturing for expanded capability, improved product quality or increased productivity * Strong project Management expertise to optimize all automation processes and equipment improvements. * Be key player in all Capital projects and new equipment purchases. * Use Machine design experience, automation and strong knowledge of troubleshooting and programming of PLCs. * Drive all operational improvements through plant layout, purchasing of equipment and improved processing capabilities.

* Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering * Automation expert * Printing, coating or laminating industry experience is a plus * Drive systems experience * PLC troubleshooting and programming experience * Pneumatics and Hydraulics expertise * Well rounded Plant engineer experience. * Able to lead by example without supervision * 10 pls years of Controls Engineering/ Plant Engineer role.
