Sales Relationship Specialist

JBS® USA is a leading processor of beef, pork and lamb in the U.S., a leading processor of beef in Canada and the largest cattle feeder in the world with operations in the U.S. and Canada. We are also a majority shareholder of Pilgrim's Pride Corporation, the second largest poultry company in the U.S., with operations in the U.S. and Mexico.

This position has a strong focus on customer service, but is also meant to help train employees to potentially take asalesrole in the future.

• Improve our Customers’ perception of the service they receive from JBS Beef, and strengthen our partnerships
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve the quality of service we provide
• Serve as liaison between JBS Beef and our Customers. Know our Customers intimately
• Help provide good and timely service to our Customers in ad hoc events

• BS/BA degree preferred in business administration, economics, marketing, sciences, or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and able to work quickly and comfortably under pressure
• Positive, decisive, assertive, dependable and able to adapt to change
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision with the desire to potentiall move up into a sales role within the company
