Freelance Graphic Marketing Designer

At JBCStyle our hospitality team are experts in finding front and back of the house professionals. We staff everything from front desk, housekeepers, hostess/host, chef, porters, cooks, maintenance crews and everything in between. We partner with our clients to get a deep understanding of what they look for and for us to make the correct match. We are partnered with several hotels, catering facilities, convention centers, special event companies and much much more!

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for helping bring the brand to life through all collateral material, signage, windows, imagery and advertising and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is present in all facets. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have experience working with Public Relations, Marketing and Merchandising.

• Execute ideas from concept to final creative
• Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director on big ideas/editorial stories to bring the brand to life
• Ensure that all collateral is brand-right
• Work with:
  • Visual Merchandising team to bring the store to life
  • Public Relations team to assist with execution of exciting PR events
• Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards

• BA in Graphic Arts or related field
• Prior experience at Ad agency and/or within Fashion industry
• Strong typography skills a must
• In-depth knowledge of offset print and visual display production
• Capable of articulating and presenting creative ideas
• Self-starter, must be organized and able to act and follow through on projects independently
• Ability to re-prioritize projects and workflow based on business needs
• Expert knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process in a team environment
