Systems Engineer for Developer Relations

The primary focus for the position will be to onboard and support Development Partners that wish to integrate with JAMF products and services, all in support of helping organizations succeed with Apple.

* Work independently with Development Partners to introduce them to JAMF’s products and services * Provide technical support and guidance to Development Partners * Advocate for integration with JAMF’s products and services * Maintain excellent case documentation to allow for collaborative troubleshooting and resolution * Effectively communicate with Development Partners in all formats and use judgment to determine the appropriate channel of response (email, phone, screen sharing, etc.) * Maintain case management to ensure target response times are met * Provide feedback and guidance to Product Management and Engineering Teams regarding JAMF integration frameworks * Other duties and special projects as assigned

* Experience with JAMF Software product and services (Preferred) * Experience with building and/or supporting product integrations in software products * Previous experience in technical support and/or systems administration a plus * Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Perl, Ruby, etc. * Knowledge of RESTful and/or SOAP APIs * Familiarity with XML and JSON data formats * Strong Communication Skills * Excellent Interpersonal Skills * Excellent Organizational Skills * Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner * Ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results driven culture * Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player
