Engineer III

This position will support a Project Team to design, test and optimize equipment and process to produce composite extrusion products.

- Conceptualize and design in CAD, equipment and process used for manufacturing composite extrusion products - Use FEA/CFD in the design and optimization of polymeric composite flow through extrusion die, with understanding of both heat transfer and composite temperature profiles - Lead development trials, making changes to designs when necessary - Work with outside manufacturers to procure the required equipment - Supervise installation and commission of equipment and processes - Develop new processes to improve capability and reliability - Establish optimum design and process conditions

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 5 years Capital Project Management in composite extrusion and/or related industries - Minimum 5 years experience in process and equipment design
