Recognized and growing Property and Casualty Insurance company is seeking a Loss Control Manager for their Dallas operation. You will manage a staff of loss control specialists and working a North Texas territory. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing consultative safety and loss control services for a wide variety of commercial multiline risks.

* Review safety surveys, safety audits, and reports of loss control specialists * Conduct classroom and hands on training of new and existing personnel * Promote training programs relating to ongoing needs of insureds * Provide technical and operational expertise for the implementation of Loss Control policies, procedures and programs * Provide input to regional management covering key business areas including strategy and planning, business process, performance management, expense management, and training and development of loss control personnel.

* A minimum of 7 years' experience as a commercial lines multiline loss control representative in a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier * Supervisory / management experience is preferred * 4 year college degree is required * Strong Workers' Compensation experience is required * CSP or CSM certification is highly preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Valid Texas Driver's license and acceptable driving record * Good oral and written communications skills
